The UP Asian Center will hold an Academic Programs Information Session on 19 November 2025, 3:00 PM, PST (GMT+8), via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public but signing in to a (free) Zoom account is required.

Eight (8) UP Asian Center faculty members were conferred the 2025 UP Diliman Centennial Professorial Chair and Faculty Grants Awards in recognition of their research and mentoring efforts in the previous year. The award was formally given during the University Council meeting in October 2025.

The UP Asian Center and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Philippines will hold the onsite forum,  "Republic of Korea-ASEAN Connectivity Forum: Advancing Regional Cooperation under the Philippines’ 2026 ASEAN Chairmanship"  on 20 November 2025, 9 AM to 12 PM (GMT+8), at the Ascott BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila. The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are required to register online.
