Following the success of the first Hiroshima International Conference on Peace and Sustainability (HICPS 2022), the Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability (NERPS) at Hiroshima University and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) will jointly host the NERPS Conference 2023 February 28 to March 3, 2023 at the AIT campus in Thailand.
The UP Asian Center will be hosting SANAYSAYAN: An Onsite Thesis Writing Bootcamp on 12 and 19 September 2026, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, PHT (GMT+8) at the ASEAN and Japan Halls, UP Diliman. The event is free and open to AC and TriCollege Students only (Priority is given to AC Students). Meals and refreshments will be provided during the bootcamp. LIMITED SLOTS ONLY. The deadline for registration is7 September 2026.

The UP Asian Center and the Embassy of Vietnam in the Philippines will be hosting the online symposium, "From Neighbors to Partners: Celebrating 50 Years of Philippines-Vietnam Relations" on 18 August 2026, 2 PM, PHT, online via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public, but signing up for a (free) Zoom account is required. Please note that due to the weather, the event has been shifted to an online platform.
