The TriCollege Ph.D. Philippine Studies Program, University of the Philippines Diliman, is looking for one (1) University Research Associate I under a limited engagement capacity (job order). The deadline for applications is on 20 March 2024, 5 PM. This is open to the public.
OVERVIEW AND WORK HOURS
•  The position is Non-UP Contractual (with an opportunity for regularization).
•  The University Research Associate I shall assist in the operation of the TriCollege Ph.D. Philippine Studies Program and other related tasks.
•  Work schedule is Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•  AB or BS degree relevant to the nature of the work
•  No experience is required.
•  Good communication skills.
•  Knowledgeable in using Google Suite, MS Office, Canva and other relevant Applications is an advantage.
•  Knowledgeable in UP administrative processes is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Provide administrative and technical support to TriCollege Secretariat and Council and other program committees.
•  Collects and manages data for use in curriculum review and development.
•  Updates and keeps the files of the TriCollege PhD Phil Studies Program.
•  Perform other tasks as may be assigned by TriCollege Council and Secretariat.
•   Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Dean.

TRAINING AND ELIGIBILITY

•   Training and Eligibility are not required for the position.
