  • UP Asian Center's Siao Campoamor Recognized for Oustanding Research in Filipino

    UP Asian Center Professor Gonzalo A. Campoamor II, Ph.D., has been conferred the 2026 Gawad Tsanselor para sa Natatanging Mananaliksik sa Filipino, one of the most prestigious distinctions awarded to the UP Diliman faculty for their exemplary accomplishments and contributions to their respective fields. The awarding ceremonies will be held on 8 May 2026, and can be watched live via the official UP Diliman website and YouTube Channel.

The Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman is looking for two (2) graduate assistants for the Office of the Dean and the TriCollege Ph.D. Philippine Studies Program for the First Semester, AY 2024–2025. The recognition rites were held on 28 July 2024 at 2:00 PM at the GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center Auditorium with Former UP Vice President for Academic Affairs and CHED Commissioner, Dr. Maria Cynthia Rose Banzon-Bautista as the guest of honor.
