The UP Asian Center in partnership with the Asia Center, Seoul National University through the generous support of the Korea Foundation, will offer a free BEGINNER Korean Language classes to be held every Tuesday starting 12 August 2025 to 18 November 2024, Online via Zoom. Applications for limited slots are open to AC Korea Majors, Asian Center students, and UP students. The deadline for registration for AC and UP Students is on 4 August 2025, 11:59 PM, PHT. 

The UP Asian Center is organizing the online workshop "Mixedness in the Philippines: Perspectives and Insights" on 6 August 2025, 9 AM to 4 PM (GMT+8), online via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public, but signing in to a (free) Zoom account is required. 

 Three students from the Tri-College PhD Philippine Studies Program of UP Diliman have recently received prestigious awards in recognition of their work in research, storytelling, and playwriting.
